When you use the contact form, we process the data you enter: your name, your email address and the content of your message. When you write to us by email or WhatsApp, we process the data contained in your message. When you book a call through Calendly, Calendly processes your data as its own controller — see their privacy policy on calendly.com.
We use this data only to answer your enquiry and to prepare and carry out the work you ask us for. The basis is the performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
We keep your data only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and, where required, to comply with Swiss legal obligations. Afterwards we delete it.
You can ask us at any time for access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data, and you can object to its processing. Write to info@sapiensproduction.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
The website itself does not set marketing or analytics cookies and we do not use tracking services.
